1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available exclusively for customers who purchased the “No Win, No Fee” service. To be eligible, you must follow the appeal process through to the final independent stage.
2. The "Win" Requirement
A "Win" is defined as any outcome where the fine is cancelled, withdrawn, or reduced to zero. If the fine is upheld after you have used our provided appeal drafts, you are entitled to a full refund of our fee.
3. Required Evidence
To process your refund, we require a clear photo or digital copy of the Final Rejection Letter from the relevant independent adjudicator (e.g., POPLA or the IAS). This confirms that all stages of the legal appeal process have been exhausted.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your evidence is submitted and verified, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 working days.
