We retain your fine notice images for **90 days**. This buffer ensures we can assist you if your appeal is rejected and you need to move to the second or third stage (POPLA/IAS). After this period, files are automatically purged from our servers.

We use OpenAI to help analyze the technical details of your fine. Your data is sent via a secure API and is **not** used by OpenAI to train their models.
